These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EveryOnWeb website and any website design, development, or related services ("Services") provided by EveryOnWeb ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging us for Services, you agree to these Terms.
EveryOnWeb designs, builds, and maintains websites for clients. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are agreed with each client individually before work begins — either in writing (email) or through a proposal shared with the client. These Terms apply alongside, not instead of, any such written agreement.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed with the client. We ask clients to review and approve designs and milestones promptly so the project can move forward on schedule. Additional revision rounds beyond what was agreed may incur extra cost.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered website (design and code created specifically for that client) transfers to the client. EveryOnWeb retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio, case studies, and marketing, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Third-party assets used in a project — such as stock photography, fonts, plugins, or licensed themes — remain subject to their own licenses, and it is the client's responsibility to maintain any ongoing license required to keep using them.
Clients are responsible for providing the content, brand assets, feedback, and approvals needed to keep a project moving, and for the accuracy of any information they supply (business details, product content, testimonials, etc.).
Any non-public business information a client shares with us during a project is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering that project.
We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested websites, but we cannot guarantee that any website will be completely free of errors or uninterrupted at all times, since websites depend on third-party infrastructure (hosting providers, domain registrars, browsers, etc.) outside our control. EveryOnWeb's liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that project.
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice. The client remains responsible for payment of work completed up to the point of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
When you submit a contact form, project inquiry, or budget request on this website, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and project details.
